Call for Proposals
Help form the FormFest experience
Session proposals will be accepted June 8 through June 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
We will review all submissions and notify those who have been selected in late July.
If selected, you must confirm your participation and all session details by August 14, 2026. If your submitted proposal requires internal approval, we recommend starting that process now to help you meet the final approval deadline.
Share your idea today
FormFest is dedicated to amplifying the voices and perspectives of government employees. If you work in government at any level, or have previously worked in government, we want to hear from you. If you are not a government employee but your work intersects with government, we encourage you to apply with your government partner.
What we’re looking for
We’re excited that you want to be a part of FormFest 2026. To make your proposal stand out, consider including:
- The project: What specific government forms-related tool or initiative will you feature?
- Timeliness: Why is your topic relevant and pressing right now?
- Key takeaways: What valuable lessons will attendees gain from your session?
- Engagement: How will participants interact with you and each other during your session?
- Co-presenters: If you plan to have co-presenters, who might they be and what government or organization will they represent? (Please note, sessions can have a maximum of four presenters.)
For examples of great FormFest sessions, check out last year’s session recordings.
How you can present
We offer a range of session formats to suit your presentation style:
- Presentation with audience Q&A (45 minutes): Share your insights and innovations in a structured presentation, followed by an interactive Q&A session where you can dive deeper into your topic with the audience.
- Panel discussion with audience Q&A (45 minutes): Collaborate with other experts for a dynamic panel discussion. Engage the audience through a lively conversation that provides multiple perspectives on your topic, followed by a Q&A.
- Interactive session (45 minutes): Showcase a tool or approach in an engaging, hands-on format like a demo or workshop. Allow attendees to experience your solution in action and interact with it directly.
Why you should present
Teach and inspire
You’ve been working hard to improve government services, one form at a time. FormFest is the perfect platform to share your story. By presenting, you’ll help others see how innovative solutions can transform lives and make a real impact.
Connect and learn
At FormFest, you’ll meet government leaders who are just as passionate about improving public services as you are. Presenters get to learn from other dedicated professionals, exchange ideas, and build relationships.
Showcase and shine
FormFest puts you in the spotlight on an international stage. It’s a great way to build your agency’s reputation, attract new talent, and get the recognition you deserve for your efforts to make government services more accessible and efficient.
